Engineering

Our engineering consultant  will select, configure and program the systems required to implement the overall design. Continuing Service and Maintenance 

Every Keys Telecom system is supported by a customer service policy. All of our equipment comes with a warranty on parts and labor, which in some cases can be extended up to five years. Our skilled technicians can be available around-the-clock for emergency repairs. They are factory certified and participate regularly in factory sponsored continuing education programs to ensure that they have all the tools and resources necessary to keep your system in top operating condition.

Keys Telecom Maintenance Agreement is available which assures cost stability by fixing service rates in advance, and assures priority attention. Every one of our clients have available to them, consultation services to upgrade the system and accommodate future moves, additions or modifications.
